From the moment I contacted the company I felt like a valued customer. I'm new o home owning and had a lot of questions, some of which were probably quite mundane but every memeber of staff I spoke with was always helpful and clear. Due to delays in completing on the house I had to ask you guys to wait for a work commencement date and your were always patient through that process. You were flexible in making space for the work to be done and you completed the job brilliantly leaving the house in an excellent state.
Plastering of Family Room
We are delighted with the plastering of our Family room. Mark was neat and tidy and did a lovely job of plastering leaving a smooth finish. It has dried out nicely ready for us to paint. I have used Gem for three plastering jobs and they have always been excellent. I would recommend Gem.
Office ceiling and walls plastered
Very friendly and courteous. Work was delayed due to heatwave but communication was excellent throughout and work rebooked ASAP. Work carried out to a high standard and very little mess. Highly recommended and looking forward to further quotes form Gem.

I'm very happy with their work, very professional and thorough. It was my mum's flat so not sure how long the plastering took. Gem were in the property for up to a month coordinating multiple works
